Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your MIRDZA products. Below you can read when and how you can return an order.

Returns within 14 days

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).

Unopened and sealed only

Our products are skincare products that are applied to your skin. For hygiene and health reasons, we can therefore only accept returns of products that are unopened, unused and with an unbroken seal in their original packaging. This means you cannot try a product first and then return it.

If the seal has been broken, or the product has been opened or used, the right of withdrawal lapses (Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code).

How to register a return

Within 14 days of receipt, send an email to mirdzacare@gmail.com with your name, order number and the products you want to return.

We will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send back a parcel without registering your return first.

Send the products back, well packed, within 14 days of registering your return.

Costs and refunds

The cost of returning the products is at your own expense. We recommend a shipping method with track & trace.

If you return your entire order, we will refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs.

We will refund you within 14 days of your registration, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?

Is something damaged, is a product leaking, or did you receive the wrong product? Let us know within 14 days of receipt via mirdzacare@gmail.com, including a photo. You won't have to pay anything: we will send a replacement or refund you. This is separate from the rule that products must be unopened.
