Your order is sealed, packaged, and shipped by our fulfillment partner in Latvia.
- Netherlands: €6.95, delivery time 4–6 business days
- Belgium and other EU countries: €12.95, delivery time 5–7 business days
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with the track & trace code.
Returns
You can return unopened products with an intact seal within 14 days of receipt. First, register your return via mirdzacare@gmail.com, and we will send you the return address and instructions.
Please note: because these are personal care products, opened or used products, and products with a broken seal, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. You cannot try out a product first.
The return shipping costs are at your own expense. After you register, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Received a damaged or incorrect product? Email us within 14 days with a photo, and we will resolve it free of charge.
