Article 1 – MIRDZA's details
MIRDZA
Weidehek 8-E
4824 AS Breda, the Netherlands
Email: ginodegoede@outlook.com
Article 2 – Definitions
MIRDZA: the online store referred to in Article 1.
Customer: any natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and who places an order.
Agreement: the distance purchase agreement concluded between MIRDZA and the customer via the online store.
Withdrawal period: the period of 14 days within which the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal.
Article 3 – Applicability
These terms apply to every offer made by MIRDZA and to every agreement between MIRDZA and the customer. Before the agreement is concluded, these terms are made available to the customer via the online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
Article 4 – The offer
The offer contains as accurate a description of the products as possible. Images are a faithful representation, but colours and packaging may differ slightly. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer, such as a clearly incorrect price, are not binding on MIRDZA. The offer is valid while stocks last.
Article 5 – The agreement
The agreement is concluded when the customer completes the order and MIRDZA confirms the order by email. MIRDZA may refuse or cancel an order if there is a valid reason to do so. Any amount already paid will then be refunded immediately.
Article 6 – Prices and shipping costs
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before the order is completed: €6.95 within the Netherlands and €12.95 to other EU countries. Other rates and any import charges may apply to destinations outside the EU.
Article 7 – Payment
The customer pays when placing the order, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. The order is processed as soon as payment has been received.
Article 8 – Delivery
MIRDZA has the products produced and shipped by a fulfilment partner in Latvia. The usual delivery time is 4–6 business days within the Netherlands and Belgium and 5–7 business days to other EU countries. These are estimates. Delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the order. If this is not possible, MIRDZA will inform the customer, and the customer may dissolve the agreement free of charge. The risk of damage or loss passes to the customer at the moment of delivery.
Article 9 – Right of withdrawal
The customer may dissolve the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Because these are skincare products, this only applies to products returned unopened, unused and with an unbroken seal. For opened or unsealed products, the right of withdrawal lapses for hygiene and health reasons (Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code). The customer bears the cost of returning the products. The procedure is described in our refund policy.
Article 10 – Conformity and warranty
MIRDZA guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, with the description in the offer and with the applicable legal requirements for cosmetics in the European Union. If a product is damaged, incomplete or delivered incorrectly, the customer must report this within 14 days of receipt. MIRDZA will then arrange a replacement or refund free of charge. The customer's statutory rights always continue to apply.
Article 11 – Use of the products
Use the products according to the instructions on the packaging and on the product page. If you are sensitive or allergic to certain substances, check the ingredient list before use, and test a new product on a small patch of skin first. Stop using the product if irritation occurs and consult a doctor if necessary. The products are cosmetics, not medicines.
Article 12 – Liability
MIRDZA is not liable for damage caused by use contrary to the instructions for use, or by an allergic reaction to an ingredient that is clearly stated on the ingredient list. MIRDZA's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question, except in the case of intent or gross negligence and insofar as permitted by law.
Article 13 – Complaints
Complaints about an order or product can be submitted via ginodegoede@outlook.com. MIRDZA will confirm receipt and respond substantively within 14 days. If we cannot reach a solution together, the customer may submit the dispute to the competent court.
Article 14 – Privacy
MIRDZA handles personal data with care. Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use data.
Article 15 – Intellectual property
All texts, images, logos and designs in the online store are the property of MIRDZA. They may not be copied or used without written permission.
Article 16 – Applicable law
These terms and all agreements with MIRDZA are governed by Dutch law. If the customer lives in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of that country continue to apply.
